The Mansfield Wednesday netball league, now in its seventh week, is continuing to build momentum, with the Black Panthers moving to the top of the league following a well-earned win last night.

In an exciting matchup, the Black Panthers delivered a confident performance against On Target, securing a 21–11 victory. The result reflects the team’s consistent effort, teamwork, and growing confidence on court.

There were plenty of other notable results across the league. Stealing Passes put in a solid display to overcome High Hoops with a 16–4 win. In another closely contested game, Nets Top Models edged past Shooting Stars with a final score of 11–8 in a competitive and engaging match.

This week’s standout player was Louise Radford of Ballers, who was recognised as the league’s most valuable player. Her performance showed great skill, composure, and leadership, making a positive impact for her team.

The Mansfield Wednesday netball league continues to provide an enjoyable and competitive environment for all involved, with each week bringing new highlights and strong team performances. As the season progresses, teams will be looking to build on their results and continue improving.
