League Week 3 Round-Up: Positive Performances Continue

It was another enjoyable evening of netball in Week 3 of the Mansfield Wednesday netball League, with teams delivering competitive and well-balanced performances across the League fixtures.

Shooting Stars opened the night with a strong 13–9 win over Black Panthers. Both teams showed great effort throughout, with Shooting Stars maintaining steady control to see out the match.

Stealing Passes secured a 13–4 result against Ballers in a confident team display. Their organised defence and consistent attacking play helped them build momentum as the game progressed.

A special mention goes to Susie Exley of Stealing Passes, who was named Most Valued Player this week. Her all-round contribution, composure on the ball and teamwork made a positive impact on her side’s performance.

Nets Top Models also enjoyed a solid outing, earning a 13–7 win over High Hoops. The match highlighted good communication and teamwork, with both sides continuing to develop as the season unfolds.

As Week 3 concludes, the Mansfield Wednesday netball League continues to provide a welcoming and competitive environment for all teams. With the season still in its early stages, there is plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks.
