As the sun set on Week 9 of Oldham Monday’s 7-a-side Netball League, the Premier League division heated up with some electrifying performances.

In the first match-up, the Saddleworth Sirens faced off against Time To Shine. Despite a valiant effort from the Sirens, Time To Shine stole the spotlight with a 10-6 victory. Their tenacious play and strategic maneuvers left the Sirens chasing shadows throughout the match.

The second game of the night saw Blue Lightning going up against Seven Heaven. The latter showed why they are a force to be reckoned with in the Premier League, delivering a thunderous 12-3 result. The Lightning struggled to find their footing against the relentless onslaught from Seven Heaven, who were clinical with their opportunities.

However, the star of the week was none other than Louise Henson from Ballers. Henson’s solid performance throughout Week 9 was recognized as she clinched the title of Most Valued Player. Her agility, precision, and exceptional decision-making skills on the court were instrumental in driving her team forward, making her an indispensable asset.

As the league heads into its tenth week, the table's shape begins to take form with the top scorers being Time To Shine and Seven Heaven from the Premier League division. Their exceptional performances this week have truly set the bar high for other teams in the competition.
