Play in the Oldham Monday you play netball league!

As the autumn chill settles in, the Oldham Monday Netball League continues to bring people together for another enjoyable season. Last night marked week eight, and with just two weeks remaining, teams are making the most of their time on court and supporting one another along the way.

There were some great moments across the matches. Seven Heaven and Ballers shared a well-fought game, with Seven Heaven coming out on top 7–4. Blue Lightning had a strong run against Time To Shine, finishing 16–3, while the final match of the evening saw Saddleworth Sirens edge past Shots & Giggles in a close 5–4 result.

A special mention goes to Time To Shine’s Liz Edge, who was named this week’s Most Valued Player. Her effort, energy, and positive attitude really stood out, showing how much the game is about more than just the scoreline.

With two weeks left, teams are looking ahead to finishing the season on a high note and enjoying every last game. There’s still plenty to look forward to, from great teamwork to moments of skill and plenty of encouragement on and off the court.
