Oldham Monday Week 5 - 30/3/26

We will be off this Bank Holiday Monday 6th April due to team availability, any payments made for this roll over to the following week 13th April where we will be back on as normal!

The electrifying Oldham Monday Netball League entered its fifth week, with our teams delivering intense and thrilling performances. As the night drew in, the division saw exciting matches come to life.

The League witnessed high voltage action with netball giants Shots & Giggles, Time To Shine, Blue Lightning, Saddleworth Sirens, Seven Heaven, and Ballers going head to head. The league lived up to its reputation with thrilling finishes and stunning displays of teamwork and strategy this week.

In our first impressive display of the evening, Blue Lightning won against Seven Heaven with a remarkable 21 - 5 triumph. The energy in this match was electric, with both teams demonstrating their talent and passion for the sport.

On the other hand, Time To Shine really lived up to their name, putting in a fantastic performance to beat the Saddleworth Sirens 17–8. The match gave the crowd plenty to cheer about with their high energy and skill.

In our final match of the night there was a close face-off between Shots & Giggles And Ballers, the final scores reading 6 - 7. Despite the loss, Shots & Giggles' Nicola Karran was recognized as the most valued player of the week, showcasing her stellar defensive and attacking skills.

The week ended on a high note, setting the stage for the remaining weeks of the season. The teams are gearing up for the next round of matches, and given the current level of competition, we can only expect the games to get more thrilling.

While the scores matter, it's the spirit of the game that truly wins. With each passing week, the Oldham Monday Netball League is becoming a platform for players to showcase their talent, determination, and passion for the game!
