Thrilling Night as Week 9 of Derby Thursday Netball League Unfolds

In an fun night of netball action, the ninth week of the Derby Thursday Youplay Netball Premier League saw some incredible matches that kept spectators on the edge of their seats.

In a thrilling tie, Don't Stop Believing went head-to-head with Rykneld's Finest, ending in a dead heat with a scoreline of 14-14. Both teams demonstrated exceptional tenacity and skill, leaving us excited for the potential rematch.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, The Rams faced off against the Derby Dolls. The final score stood at 3-9 in favour of the Derby Dolls. Caterina Baldino, however, stood out as the beacon for The Rams amidst the defeat. Her sterling performance on the court earned her the well-deserved title of the 'Most Valued Player' of the week.

The third match of the night saw Destiny's Childs give their best effort against The Diagnostix, who came away with a 5–0 win. Despite the challenging scoreline, Destiny's Childs showed determination throughout, while The Diagnostix demonstrated strong teamwork and coordination.
