Ilkeston Tuesday Netball Update 21st April

Week six of the Ilkeston Tuesday Netball brought another enjoyable evening of competitive matches and great team performances. The night continues to showcase strong teamwork, developing skills, and plenty of positive energy on court.

The evening began with Shooting Stars and Defend Divas playing out a well-balanced 4–4 draw. Both teams showed great determination and teamwork, making it an evenly matched contest and a great start to the night.

Next up, Pivoters secured a 10–4 win over One Hit Wonders with a confident and well-coordinated performance. Their teamwork and game awareness really stood out, and Jenna Eady was a key contributor on the night. Her all-round performance earned her the well-deserved Most Valued Player recognition for the week.

In the final match, Rutland Rebels delivered a strong performance to take an 11–2 victory over Shoot Your Shot. Their consistency across the court and effective play helped them secure a well-earned win.

As week six wraps up, congratulations go to Jenna Eady for her standout performance, and to all teams for another evening of great netball. With more exciting fixtures ahead, the season continues to build momentum, and we look forward to seeing how the teams develop in the coming weeks.
