Play in the Rugeley Tuesday Netball league powered by You Play Netball

Last week at Rugeley Leisure Centre marked the third week of a delightful season of social netball. The evening was steeped in camaraderie and good spirits, as players of all experience levels came together for a friendly competition. The welcoming atmosphere was palpable, as laughter and cheer filled the air, making it a truly memorable evening for everyone involved.

In the Premier League, the game between Rugeley Roses and The Original Lions was a testament to the spirit of netball. Both teams displayed an impressive level of teamwork and commitment, resulting in a close match. The Rugeley Roses finished the game with a score of 15-14, proving that each player's contribution matters in achieving the end result.

The match between Rugeley Rebels and Rockets was another vibrant display of sportsmanship. The Rockets wrapped up the game with a score of 17-8. Despite the score, both teams exhibited an infectious positive energy throughout the match, creating an enjoyable environment for all.

The Rugeley Rangers and Rugeley Divas competed in a spirited game that highlighted the essence of friendly competition. With a final score of 24-5 in favour of Rangers, both teams showed dedication and enjoyed playing in a great spirit.

A special mention is certainly in order for our Most Valued Player of the week, Donna Jennings from Rockets. Donna's enthusiasm and exceptional movement around the court did not go unnoticed. Her positive contribution not only to her team but the game overall was widely appreciated by teammates and opponents alike.

Looking ahead to Week 4, we eagerly anticipate another evening of friendly social netball.
