An evening brimming with camaraderie, friendly competition, and genuine fun! That's how one could sum up the Week 4 of social netball at RGS Dodderhill Droitwich. As the sun set on a fine Monday, players across all experience levels gathered under the floodlights for a spirited session of social netball, forging friendships and creating memories that will last longer than the season.

The first match of the evening was a captivating contest between Rogue Angels and Droitwich Devils. The match ended with Rogue Angels finishing with a score of 9-6. Every single goal was a testament to their mutual trust, cooperation, and the sheer joy of playing together. Droitwich Devils may not have won the match, but their indomitable spirit, sportsmanship and shared laughter kept the game alive and thrilling till the final whistle.

Following this was a closely-contested match between Monday Misfits and Droitwich Diamonds. The game wrapped up with a score line of 13-12, tipping in favour of the Droitwich Diamonds. The match was a symphony of seamless coordination, enthusiastic play, and exemplified the essence of social netball - a sport where everyone's a winner.

A special mention must go to the Most Valued Player of the week - Grace Reeves from Monday Misfits. Grace's tireless enthusiasm, deft movements around the court, and positive contribution had everyone - teammates and opponents alike - in awe. Her performance was a masterclass in perseverance, skill, and sportsmanship, qualities that resonate with the spirit of social netball.

As we look forward to Week 5, the sense of anticipation is already in the air. With only two weeks of matches left, we're excited for another evening of friendly social netball, an opportunity to stay active, meet new people, and continuously develop our netball skills in a nurturing and supportive environment. For those who have been contemplating joining in, now's the perfect time! Come along and experience the joy of social netball - there's nothing quite like it!

Here's to another week of great netball, great friendships, and great fun. After all, that's what social netball is all about!
