Greetings to all our fantastic netballers!

It was another uplifting evening of social netball in Droitwich for Week 6 of the season. We were delighted to see so many smiling faces, with players of all experience levels coming together for another great night of netball. The welcoming atmosphere echoed through the court, creating a space where everyone could enjoy the sport and camaraderie.

In our first match, Rogue Angels and Monday Misfits showcased their teamwork and commitment. The game was filled with positive energy as Rogue Angels finished with a score of 14, while Monday Misfits concluded with 16 points. The game was played in great spirits and the camaraderie between the teams was evident throughout.

Our second match was between Droitwich Devils and Droitwich Diamonds. Both teams demonstrated sportsmanship and dedication, making it an enjoyable game. Droitwich Devils finished with 12 points and Droitwich Diamonds with 10 points. The friendly competition on display was a testament to the spirit of social netball.

This week, we’d like to give a special mention to Rachel Scheuber from Droitwich Diamonds. Rachel was recognised as the Most Valued Player of the week for her unmistakable enthusiasm, swift movement around the court and positive contribution to her team. Her spirit and dedication have been appreciated by teammates and opponents alike.

As we look forward to Week 7, we anticipate another evening of friendly social netball. This is a time to keep active, meet new people, and develop netball skills in a supportive environment. We want to extend our warmest gratitude to everyone for taking part this season and contributing to the friendly and positive atmosphere. Let's celebrate our leading team, Droitwich Devils. Their energetic participation this season has been an inspiration to us all! But let us remember, it is not about winning or losing, but about enjoying the sport we all love.
