Week 4 of the Dursley Sunday Netball League saw a flurry of impressive plays, nail-biting finishes, and a clear demonstration of team spirit and sportsmanship.
The match between Red Flags and Cherry Bombs ended with a narrow victory for the latter. Trailing until the final minutes of the game, Cherry Bombs made a remarkable comeback to steal the win with a score of 12-10.
Furthermore, another memorable game was between Dursley Dolls and Nock-tails, which ended in a victory for the Dolls. The game was a true testament to the tenacious spirit of the team, as they fought hard to secure a 7-4 victory.
However, the highlight of the week was the performance of Jodie Harris from Nock-tails, who was subsequently named the most valuable player of the week. Despite the team's defeat, Harris' stellar performance stood out, showcasing excellent game tactics, agility and precision.
