Dursley Sunday Netball League - Week 6
The Dursley Sunday Netball League concluded its thrilling six-week season last night, with Cherry Bombs taking home the Premier League title. In a series of electrifying matches, four teams played amazingly, but it was Cherry Bombs who emerged victorious with a total score of 9 points.
The final week saw intense action on the court. In an impressive show of skill, Cherry Bombs won against Dursley Dolls with a score of 9-3, demonstrating a stunning showcase of teamwork and agility that left spectators on edge. But the thrill didn't end there. Nock-tails and Rednock N Roll delivered an equally gripping match, with Rednock N Roll winning by a slim margin, 6-5.
Despite the nail-biting match, it was Nock-tails' Jodie Harris who caught the eye of spectators with her exceptional gameplay. Harris was named the most valued player of the week, an accolade well-deserved after her strong performance throughout the season.
The Premier League division showcased some of the best talent in local netball. Cherry Bombs claimed the title with their impressive 3 wins. The team's exquisite blend of skill, strategy, and determination was an incredible sight to behold, reminding everyone why they're the league's top scorers.
