Ampthill Wednesday Night Netball - Week 8
In the thrilling world of Ampthill's Wednesday Netball league, the competition continues to heat up as we wrapped up Week 8 of the season in the division. Spectators were treated to high octane action as teams went head-to-head, showcasing their skills and strategies.
In the Division, the Pink Ladies emerged victorious against Catch You Later with a riveting score of 10-7. The game was a nail-biting standoff between two exceptional teams, but in the end, the Pink Ladies claimed the win with their relentless drive and impeccable teamwork.
FCC Netballers took the floor against Ballin Bellas and dominated the game with a smashing 12-4 victory. This impressive win further cements FCC Netballers' position as a force to be reckoned with in the division.
Red Hot Defenders set the court ablaze with a stunning 15-2 win over Hoops I Did It Again, displaying an impeccable defense that was too strong for their opposition. Meanwhile, Ball Or Nothing proved their dominance against Cheeky Shooters, sealing the game at an emphatic 15-1.
The highlight of Week 8, however, was the standout performance by Lynsey Harris from Hoops I Did It Again. Despite her team's loss, Harris stole the limelight and was named the Most Valued Player of the week.
