Ampthill Wednesday Night Netball - Week 7

In an exhilarating week of fierce competition, Week 7 of the Ampthill Wednesday Netball Night League left spectators and players alike on the edge of their seats.

In the Division, Ball Or Nothing dominated their match against Catch You Later with a resounding 13-3 victory. This impressive performance showcased their strong offensive skills and defense tactics that were simply unbeatable on the night.

The Ampthill Wednesday Netball League continues to grow in excitement, as the Division teams vie for top honours. The stakes are high, and the drama is just unfolding. Stay tuned as Week 8 approaches, promising more thrilling, high stakes netball action.

However, the spotlight was stolen by FCC Netballers, who displayed an exceptional performance against Hoops I Did It Again, securing a triumphant 14-2 win. The team's flawless coordination and high scoring prowess led to this remarkable victory, setting them apart as potential title contenders.

Another nail-biting encounter was between Ballin Bellas and Pink Ladies, with the former eking out a narrow 4-3 win. This made it clear that in the Division, every goal counts.

But not all matches were as closely contested. The Red Hot Defenders scorched a trail with a 9-1 win over the Cheeky Shooters. Despite their hefty loss, Cheeky Shooters' Liz York stood out as the Most Valued Player of the week. York's performance was a beacon of resilience and skill, demonstrating her impressive abilities on the court, even in the face of defeat.

At the end of the week, the top scorers across the Division were the FCC Netballers, with their significant 14-point haul. Their tally not only demonstrated their offensive strength but also their potential to be a driving force in the weeks to come.
