Ampthill Wednesday Night Netball - Week 6

After a fiercely competitive sixth week in the Ampthill Wednesday Netball league, the division has seen a whirlwind of action that has left spectators on the edge of their seats. The Division saw four matches that showcased both the defensive and offensive prowess of the teams.

In a notable one-sided affair, Catch You Later secured a dominant victory over Cheeky Shooters, with an impressive scoreline of 11-1, demonstrating their exceptional attacking skills.

Not to be outdone, Ball Or Nothing put on a stellar performance, scoring a whopping 14 goals against Hoops I Did It Again, who fought back valiantly, managing to net 6 goals themselves.

Pivot Pack was another team that demonstrated their offensive skills, outplaying Red Hot Defenders 9-2. The Pink Ladies also demonstrated their supremacy on the court, besting FCC Netballers 8-2.


While the week was filled with spectacular plays and nail-biting finishes, one player stood out from the rest: Julie Banks of the FCC Netballers. Despite her team's loss, Banks displayed exceptional skill on the court, earning her the title of the most valued player of the week.
