Week 2 of the Ampthill Wednesday Netball League brought another fun and energetic evening, with lots of great teamwork, encouragement, and positive moments on court.
Catch You Later faced Ballin Bellas in an enjoyable match, with Ballin Bellas taking a 15–7 win. A special mention goes to Abbie Smith from Catch You Later, who was named this week’s most valuable player for her fantastic effort and all-round performance.
Pink Ladies had a strong game against Hoops I Did It Again, coming away with a 19–8 win. Their teamwork and movement around the court really stood out.
Flitwick Flames also put in a confident performance against Cheeky Shooters, finishing 23–0, showing great communication and support throughout the game.
Red Hot Defenders and Ball Or Nothing shared a closely contested match, with Red Hot Defenders just edging it 9–6. It was a great game to watch, with both teams working hard right until the final whistle.
Overall, it was another brilliant evening that highlighted the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the league. It’s great to see everyone enjoying their netball and supporting one another each week.
