Ampthill Wednesday Netball Update - Week 13

Another Great Evening at the Ampthill Wednesday Social Netball League

Week 13 of the Ampthill Wednesday Social Netball League brought another enjoyable evening of netball, with plenty of teamwork, encouragement and great moments across the courts.

Ball Or Nothing and Catch You Later shared a closely played match, finishing in a 5–5 draw. Both teams worked hard throughout and showed great communication and teamwork.

Red Hot Defenders had a strong outing against Cheeky Shooters, putting in a solid performance to secure a 13–1 result. Their defensive play and teamwork were clear to see across the court.

FCC Netballers also had a positive game against Hoops I Did It Again, linking up well to finish 21–5. It was great to see confident passing and supportive team play from both sides.

The final match of the evening saw Ballin Bellas and Pink Ladies play out another evenly matched game, ending in a 7–7 draw. Both teams battled hard and kept the energy high right until the final whistle.

A special mention goes to Alice Brazier from Pink Ladies, who was named Player of the Week. Her effort, teamwork and positive attitude on court made her performance stand out on the night.

It’s fantastic to see players continuing to build confidence, improve their skills and enjoy the social side of the league each week. The supportive and welcoming atmosphere is what makes the league such a great place to play.
