Ampthill Wednesday Netball League - Week 13

In the thrilling world of netball, the Ampthill Wednesday league has just concluded its 13th week, with some surprising results in the League.

High intensity and fierce competition were the themes of the night, but it was Ball Or Nothing who emerged as the dominant force, smashing the Red Hot Defenders with a decisive 23-5 victory. This spectacular win has put Ball Or Nothing firmly in the spotlight, their precise passes and sharp shooting leaving no room for error for the opposition.

But the night was not without its fair share of upsets. Cheeky Shooters, despite suffering a 23-2 defeat against FCC Netballers, were home to the evening's MVP, Chloe Brooks. Even amidst the loss, Brooks showcased incredible resilience and skill, proving herself an invaluable asset to her team.

Elsewhere in the division, Catch You Later sailed to a comfortable victory over Ballin Bellas, with a final score of 22-3, demonstrating their robust defence and clinical shooting. Hoops I Did It Again, however, were unable to catch up with the Pink Ladies, trailing behind at 15-9.

The League has seen a flurry of action, with each team showcasing their strengths and weaknesses. The top scorers of the division are yet to be crowned as the competition gets tougher. The players eagerly anticipate the coming weeks, and so do we.

No doubt, the standout player of the week was the relentless Chloe Brooks, whose performance, despite her team's result, promises great things for Cheeky Shooters in future games.
