Nantwich Thursday night netball - week 6

Play continued in the Nantwich Thursday night netball league as teams returned to the court for another exciting week of matches.

The Nantwich Thursday Netball League saw some strong performances, with teams showing skill, determination, and great teamwork throughout the evening.

Winging It secured a commanding 35–5 win over Call The Shots, demonstrating both strategic play and cohesion as a team. Put A Donk On It also had a strong outing, claiming a 22–5 victory against Shots And Giggles, with solid defense and well-executed attacks. Meanwhile, We Don’t Give A Shot impressed with a 19–8 win over Hoop There It Is!, showing consistency and composure across the court.

The closest match of the week saw Court Slayers take on Wildcats in a tightly contested game. Both teams were competitive throughout, with Court Slayers eventually taking the win 12–9 in a thrilling finish.

Helen Kirk from We Don’t Give A Shot was named Most Valued Player of the week for her standout performance. Her skill, awareness, and teamwork played a key role in her team’s success and made her contribution one to remember.
