In an engaging week 14 of the Nantwich Thursday netball league, teams across the league delivered some enjoyable and competitive matches, leading to a few shifts in the standings.

In one of the standout games, Call The Shots produced a strong team performance to secure a 31–3 win over Winging It. Katie Chippindale was named most valued player of the week, thanks to her excellent all-round contribution and positive impact on the game. Her efforts were a key factor in her team’s success and set a great example on the court.

The closest contest of the evening came between Shots And Giggles and Put A Donk On It. Both teams competed well throughout, with momentum swinging back and forth before Shots And Giggles edged ahead to take a 13–9 victory in an entertaining match.

Another tightly contested game saw We Don’t Give A Shot take on Hoop There It Is! In a match defined by strong defensive play from both sides, We Don’t Give A Shot managed to come out on top with a narrow 8–6 win.

Court Slayers also delivered a confident performance, earning a 23–12 win over Wildcats. Both teams showed great effort, with Court Slayers making the most of their opportunities on the night.

While the results have had an impact on the standings, the overall spirit and sportsmanship across all teams continues to shine through. With more games to come, teams will be looking to build on their performances and keep improving each week.
