In the heart of the vibrant town of Sutton Coldfield, Week 12 of the social netball at Plantsbrook School unfurled a delightful evening of sport and camaraderie. With a welcoming atmosphere that warmed the cooling autumn air, players of all experience levels immersed themselves in a delightful display of netball, punctuated by laughter, teamwork, and spirited play.

In the first game of the night, Boldmere Ballers and Sutton Ballers showcased their love for the sport through an exhilarating match. At the final whistle, the score stood at 24-14 in favour of Sutton Ballers. The game was a vivid demonstration of teamwork, commitment, and sportsmanship, with both teams playing with positive energy and great spirit.

Next, spectators were treated to an inspiring match between Sutton Dreamers and Diamonds in the Rough. The game ended with Sutton Dreamers leading at 19-11. Despite the scoreline, every player left the court with smiles, reinforcing the friendly and inclusive nature of our social netball evenings.

Wildcats and Net Setters produced a thrilling encounter under the floodlights. Wildcats finished the game with a score of 30-1, a testament to their dedication and spirit. Hoop There It Is and Jaguars wrapped up the evening's games, with Hoop There It Is clinching an 18-8 victory. As with the rest of the matches, camaraderie, laughter, and a great sense of fun were the real winners.

A special mention goes to our Most Valued Player of the week, Ellie Christou from Jaguars. Ellie's enthusiasm, dynamic movement around the court, and positive contribution were not only appreciated by her teammates but also acknowledged by the opponents. Her passion for the game is truly inspiring.

As we look forward to another exciting week ahead, we can't help but anticipate the joy and excitement that Week 13 will bring, with only two weeks of matches left.
