It was a delightful evening of social netball at Plantsbrook School, marking Week 7 of the current season. Bathed in the warm glow of camaraderie, the court came alive with players of all experience levels indulging in a spirited night of netball. The atmosphere was thick with laughter, encouragement and the sense of community that only sports can foster.

In the Division 1 group, an exciting game between Hoop There It Is and Wildcats unfolded. The atmosphere was electrifying as Hoop There It Is finished the game with a score of 14-12. The match was marked by players' ceaseless commitment, camaraderie, and sportsmanship. Every cheer and applause echoed the positive energy that filled the court, and it was a joy to watch a game played in such great spirit.

The spirit of friendly competition was evident in the match between Net Setters and Sutton Ballers. Both teams played with an equal score of 11-11. The players demonstrated exceptional teamwork and dedication on the court. Despite the intensity, the game was filled with laughter, making it an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

The Jaguars took on the Sutton Dreamers in an equally thrilling game. Although the Dreamers finished the game with a score of 10-9, both teams showcased their skills beautifully and created an enjoyable spectacle. Their enthusiastic playing styles earned them the admiration of their peers.

This week’s Most Valued Player award goes to Jennifer from the Wildcats. This energetic player was everywhere on the court, contributing positively to her team's performance. Her enthusiasm was contagious and appreciated by teammates and opponents alike.

As we prepare for Week 8, we anticipate another exciting evening of social netball. This inclusive and friendly event provides a wonderful opportunity to stay active, meet new people, and develop netball skills in a supportive environment.
