Play in the Sutton Coldfield Sunday you play netball league

The fourth week of the season brought another delightful evening of social netball at Plantsbrook School. Participants from all levels of experience came together to enjoy a night filled with camaraderie, teamwork and, of course, the thrill of the game. The welcoming atmosphere and positive energy permeated every corner of the venue, making it a memorable experience for all.

The first match of the Division 1 group saw the Boldmere Ballers and the Jaguars sharing the court. The game ended with Jaguars tallying 20 while Boldmere Ballers finished with 7 points. The highlight of this match was not merely the score, but the exceptional demonstration of commitment, teamwork and sportsmanship by all players. Every pass, intercept, and shot was marked by an infectious positive energy, making it an enjoyable game played in an uplifting spirit.

Next up were the Hoop There It Is and the Net Setters. The final whistle saw Hoop There It Is end the game with 22 points, and Net Setters with 3. Both teams showed an excellent example of teamwork and mutual support, reminding everyone present that netball is a game best enjoyed when played in good spirit.

The final match, between the Sutton Dreamers and the Sutton Ballers, ended with a score of 18-10 in favour of the Dreamers. Despite the score difference, both teams played with equal enthusiasm, continuously cheering each other on, showing true sportsmanship.

A special mention goes to our Most Valued Player of the evening. Their enthusiasm was contagious, with their constant movement around the court and positive contributions earning appreciation from teammates and opponents alike.

As we look forward to Week 5, we're excited for another evening of friendly social netball. It's not just about keeping active and developing netball skills, but also about meeting new people and cultivating a supportive and fun community. We can't wait to see what the next evening brings!
