The third week of the season brought an air of excitement to Plantsbrook School where the teams gathered for an enjoyable evening of social netball. With a welcoming atmosphere all around, players of varied experience levels dived into the fun, creating a memorable sports night where camaraderie and sportsmanship were the real champions.
The first match between Sutton Dreamers and Boldmere Ballers was a fantastic display of teamwork. Sutton Dreamers finished the game with a score of 12-5, highlighting their commitment and positive energy. The players from both sides showed great spirit, turning the match into an enjoyable experience for everyone present.
Next, Sutton Ballers and Wildcats took the court in a match filled with friendly competition. The Wildcats managed to edge past the Ballers with a final tally of 14-13. The highlight of the game was the shared enthusiasm among the players, which was truly infectious and reflected the essence of social netball.
In the final game of the evening, Net Setters took on Jaguars in a match that was a joy to watch. Net Setters finished with a score of 20-13. The game was characterized by an impressive display of sportsmanship and camaraderie from both teams, proving that netball is indeed a great social sport.
A special mention goes out to our Most Valued Player of the evening, whose enthusiasm, swift movement around the court, and positive contribution were appreciated by both teammates and opponents alike.
