Play in the Sutton Coldfield Sunday you play netball league

The second week of the social netball season saw an invigorating evening of camaraderie and friendly competition at Plantsbrook School in Sutton Coldfield. The welcoming atmosphere was buzzing with athletes of all experience levels immersing themselves in the joy of the game, each contributing to the fantastic energy of the night.

In the Division 1 group, the Boldmere Ballers and the Net Setters faced off in a spirited game. The Boldmere Ballers finished the evening with a score of 13-4, their positive energy and excellent teamwork shining through. Both teams displayed admirable commitment and sportsmanship, making the match an enjoyable spectacle.

The second match saw Hoop There It Is and the Sutton Ballers sharing the court. In a close-run game, Hoop There It Is finished the match with a score of 14-13. This was a perfect example of how every bounce of the ball can create exciting twists and turns in this wonderful sport.

The last match of the evening was between the Wildcats and the Sutton Dreamers. The Wildcats ended the game with a score of 22-11 in a game that was played in great spirits. The interaction and cooperation between players on both sides were heartwarming to see.

A special mention must go to the Most Valued Player of the week, Lynne Dalton from the Net Setters. Lynne's enthusiasm was contagious as she moved around the court, her contributions thoroughly appreciated by both teammates and opponents alike.

As we look ahead to Week 3, we can anticipate another wonderful evening of friendly social netball. It's about more than just keeping active - it's about meeting new people, developing our netball skills, and fostering a supportive community. We can't wait to see what the next week of Back to Netball will bring!
