Worcester Monday Netball Update 2nd March

Week 4 of the Worcester Monday netball competition delivered an evening of exciting matches, with strong performances across Divisions 1 and 2.

In Division 1, spectators enjoyed plenty of action as Court Queens faced Hot Shots, with Hot Shots securing a 17–10 win. Manic Mondays also produced a strong performance against Worcester Wildcats, coming away with a 17–6 victory. Worcester Sauces added another solid result on the night, defeating No Direction 12–4.

Division 2 featured several closely contested games. The match between Goal Bladders and Perdiswell Shooters was particularly tight, with Perdiswell Shooters just edging it 8–7. Oak Apple Catchers also had a good outing, beating Worcester Wonders 9–6, while Worcester Ladies finished with a 10–7 win over Weakest Link.

One of the standout individual performances of the evening came from Julie Gill of Worcester Wildcats, who was named Most Valued Player for the week. Her excellent play and determination stood out throughout the match.

Week 4 showcased the enthusiasm and effort shown by all teams, with plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks.
