Monday night saw another thrilling round of competition. The competition, now in its eighth week, continued to shock spectators with upsets, impressive comebacks, and standout performances.
We witnessed a series of electrifying matches. The night kicked off with Worcester Sauces proving their mettle against Manic Mondays, taking the game with a 13-9 finish.
Meanwhile, the contest between Worcester Wildcats and Hot Shots saw an impressive display of skill and strategy, with Hot Shots outperforming the Wildcats in a 13-9 showdown. The Wildcats battled hard but couldn't manage to edge ahead of their dynamic opponents.
The third game saw Court Queens take on Goal Bladders, with the latter pulling off a narrow 5-3 victory in a nail-biting finish.
Yet, the highlight of the games was the clash between Worcester Ladies and No Direction. Despite a valiant effort from the Ladies, No Direction emerged victorious with a 15-10 triumph.
The star of the night, however, was Helen Pittam from Worcester Ladies. Her exceptional performance on the court earned her the accolade of the most valued player of the week. Pittam's dexterous handling and skills were an absolute treat for the spectators.
The next round of the Worcester Monday netball promises to deliver more thrilling match-ups and outstanding performances. With each team giving their all, the rest of the season promises to be a compelling spectacle.
