Week 3 of the Worcester Monday Netball brought another exciting evening of action, with teams across both divisions producing plenty of competitive matches, great teamwork, and entertaining netball.
In Division 1, Goal Bladders edged a closely fought contest against Court Queens, taking a narrow 9-8 victory in one of the evening’s most exciting games. Both teams battled hard throughout and kept spectators engaged right until the final whistle.
Worcester Sauces also enjoyed a strong performance, securing a 16-5 win over Hot Shots with some confident attacking play and excellent teamwork across the court.
Manic Mondays rounded off Division 1 action with a solid 15-1 victory against Wildcats, showing great energy and consistency throughout the match.
Over in Division 2, Worcester Wonders and The Oak Apple Catchers played out a well-balanced and competitive 5-5 draw, with both teams producing strong defensive performances.
Weakest Link earned a 13-5 win over Worcester Ladies in another entertaining fixture, continuing their positive form with a determined team display.
A special congratulations goes to Vanessa Mubanga of Weakest Link, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Vanessa stood out with her excellent skill, effort, and contribution to her team’s performance.
With the night continuing to take shape, teams across both divisions will be looking forward to building momentum and enjoying more exciting netball in the weeks ahead.
