Another week of the Worcester Monday Netball brought plenty of competitive and enjoyable matches, with teams across both divisions showing great effort and teamwork on the court.
In Division 1, Court Queens faced Wildcats in a closely contested match. Both teams battled throughout, with Court Queens just edging the result 13–11. Another tight game saw Worcester Sauces take on Hot Shots, with the Sauces securing a narrow 15–13 victory after an evenly matched contest.
Manic Mondays also enjoyed a strong performance this week, recording a 21–6 win over No Direction. Their teamwork and steady play helped them maintain control of the match. Rebecca Sheppard of Manic Mondays was recognised for her performance on the night and was named Most Valuable Player of the week after making an excellent contribution for her team.
In Division 2, Goal Bladders picked up a 15–7 win against Worcester Wonders, while Perdiswell Shooters recorded a 15–9 victory over Worcester Ladies. In the final fixture, Weakest Link came away with a 13–7 result against Oak Apple Catchers in another competitive game.
With another round of fixtures completed, the Worcester Monday Netball continues to provide plenty of entertaining netball each week. Teams will now look ahead to the next set of matches as the season continues to unfold.
