Worcester Monday Netball Update 12th January

In the heart-pounding eighth week of Worcester Monday Netball, teams battled it out in a series of exhilarating battles.

In a display of sheer athleticism, the Court Queens outmanoeuvred Goal Bladders with a slender 10-7 win. The Worcester Wildcats, in an electrifying match, clawed their way to an 11-8 victory against the Hot Shots. However, the highest scoring game of the night was the intense competition between Worcester Sauces and Manic Mondays, with the latter raining a barrage of shots to ultimately take home victory with a 21-12 score line.

Worcester Ladies, not to be outdone, held their ground against No Direction in a nail-biting match. With a 9-8 win, they proved that every goal counts. Meanwhile, the Weakest Link proved to be the strongest with a 5-2 win over Perdiswell Shooters.

While the matches were rife with commendable performances, a standout player emerged above the rest. Sarah Harper, from Perdiswell Shooters, was named the most valued player of the week. Despite her team's loss, her performance on the court was nothing short of exceptional. With her sharp skills and dynamic play, she added great value to her team.
