Manic Mondays came out strong in a victory over No Direction, winning 28-4. Their performance showcased both offensive and defensive prowess, marking themselves as one of the teams to watch out for this season.
However, it was no easy stroll for all teams in the division. In a hard-fought battle, Hot Shots managed to overcome Perdiswell Shooters by just three points, finishing 13-10. This match was clearly a testament to the ferocious competition in the League, showing that every point is crucial and every second counts.
In a surprising turn of events, Goal Bladders fell short against Weakest Link, with a final score of 3-6. Despite their best efforts, Goal Bladders could not manage to break through Weakest Link's robust defense.
The much-anticipated match between Worcester Wildcats and Worcester Ladies ended in a thrilling 10-10 draw, leaving spectators on the edge of their seats. Worcester Sauces also made their mark by defeating Worcester Ravens 25-6, showing their dominance on the court.
But the highlight of the night was undoubtedly the performance of Natasha Tinker from Worcester Wildcats. Demonstrating extraordinary skill and determination, Tinker was named the most valued player of the week. Her exceptional skills and game-winning plays were instrumental to her team’s performance.
