Thrilling Week 6 Action in Bridgend Sunday Netball League

Week 6 of the Bridgend Sunday Netball League brought another enjoyable evening of netball, with plenty of great teamwork, effort, and positive play across all matches.

Goal Patrol had a strong game against Nets In The City, finishing with an 18–3 win. Their passing and movement worked really well together, helping them settle into the game and build confidence throughout.

Game of Throws and Goals Aloud shared a well-matched and entertaining game, with Game of Throws taking an 18–11 win. Both teams showed great determination and teamwork, making it a really enjoyable match to watch.

Coity Cobras delivered a confident performance against Netballerz, finishing 29–2. Their teamwork and communication stood out, but credit to Netballerz for keeping their energy up and supporting each other throughout.

A special mention goes to this week’s Player of the Week, Laura Bennett from Game of Throws, who put in a fantastic performance and made a real impact on the court.

As we head into week 7, it’s great to see all teams continuing to support one another, grow in confidence, and enjoy their netball each week. We’re looking forward to more fun and friendly games ahead.
