Title: Net Ninjas Narrowly Overcome Goal Diggers in Week 9 of the Gloucester Sunday Netball League

Week 9 of the Gloucester Sunday Netball League brought another enjoyable evening of competitive and well-spirited matches, with teams continuing to show great commitment and teamwork as the season progresses.

Net Ninjas and Goal Diggers played out a closely contested game, with Net Ninjas just edging the result 12–11. Both sides demonstrated strong defensive work and patient build-up play, making it an entertaining match that stayed competitive right until the final whistle.

Elsewhere, Ball Busters secured a 7–3 win over Ball Of Fame. It was a solid team performance that keeps them in a positive position as we move into the latter stages of the League campaign. Ball Of Fame continued to show determination and worked hard throughout the game.

A special mention goes to Ellie Mercer of Throw And Go, who delivered an impressive all-round performance this week. Her movement, awareness and consistency on court earned her the well-deserved recognition as Most Valuable Player.

With several weeks still to play, the League table remains open and exciting. We look forward to seeing how each team builds on their performances as the Gloucester Sunday Netball League continues in a competitive, friendly and supportive spirit.
