Week 5 of the Gloucester Sunday netball league delivered another enjoyable evening of competition, with teams putting in strong performances and plenty of positive moments across the night.

Matches were closely fought, with players showing great commitment and teamwork throughout. Ball Busters came up against Pitch Slap in a challenging fixture, finishing with a 12–1 scoreline. Despite the result, Ball Busters’ Tia Kirby stood out and was named Player of the Week, recognised for her effort, skill, and determination on court.

Elsewhere, Ball Of Fame took on Throw And Go in an energetic contest. Throw And Go produced a confident display to secure a 12–3 win, with accurate shooting and consistent teamwork playing a key role in the result.

These games have continued to shape the league standings as teams settle into the season and build momentum week by week. The standard of play and enthusiasm on show highlighted the positive spirit of the competition.
