Play in the Gloucester Sunday netball league
Week three of the Gloucester Sunday netball league delivered another enjoyable round of fixtures, with teams continuing to find their rhythm as the season unfolds. There was plenty of effort and teamwork on display across all matches.
Pitch Slap recorded an 11–5 win against Net Ninjas in a well-contested game. Both sides showed commitment throughout, with Pitch Slap maintaining consistency to secure the result. Despite the scoreline, Net Ninjas’ Emma Walker stood out with an impressive performance and was deservedly named the most valued player of the week, recognising her determination and impact on court.
Throw And Go faced Ball Busters in an evenly matched encounter, eventually coming away with a 9–6 victory. The game was played in great spirit, with both teams showing strong passages of play before Throw And Go edged ahead in the closing stages.
Goal Diggers and Ball Of Fame shared a closely fought match, with Goal Diggers just taking the win 7–5. Both teams demonstrated solid teamwork and skill, making for an engaging contest from start to finish.
Across the league, sportsmanship and enthusiasm were clear to see, adding to the positive atmosphere of the competition. As the season progresses, the Gloucester Sunday netball league promises many more enjoyable matches and strong individual performances.
