Week thirteen of the Gloucester Sunday netball league brought another enjoyable evening of competition, with teams continuing to show great effort and teamwork across the league.

In one of the matches, Net Ninjas took on Ball Busters and came away with an 8–3 win. Net Ninjas worked well together throughout the game, creating chances and maintaining steady control, while Ball Busters kept pushing and showed determination until the final whistle.

In another fixture, Pitch Slap faced Ball Of Fame in a high-scoring and entertaining match. Pitch Slap secured an 18–9 victory, making the most of their opportunities, while Ball Of Fame showed resilience and continued to battle throughout.

A standout performance on the night came from Cathy Newman of Ball Of Fame, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Despite the result, her contribution on court was impressive and played an important role for her team.

Pitch Slap also led the scoring across the league this week, with strong attacking play helping them achieve a positive result.

As the season moves closer to its final weeks, teams will be looking forward to building on their performances and enjoying the remainder of the competition. It’s been great to see the continued enthusiasm and commitment from everyone involved.
