Play in the Burntwood Wednesday Netball league powered by Ypu Play Netball

What a wonderful night of netball it was! As week 6 of the season rolled around, Norton Canes High School was buzzing with anticipation. The crisp evening was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and the healthy sound of trainers squeaking on the court. Card-carrying netball veterans and enthusiastic beginners alike shared the court in a showcase of skill, strategy, and above all, sportsmanship.

The Sista Squad and Pocket Rockets game was a thrill to watch. The camaraderie was palpable as Sista Squad ended the night with a score of 20-3. The energy on the court was infectious, making it a truly enjoyable game.

In another thrilling match, Cheeky Chasers and Kiss My Pass displayed an incredible commitment to the game. Cheeky Chasers ended the game with a 17-13 scoreline, but it was the spirit of sportsmanship that really stole the show.

Burntwood Beaters and Shot Callers brought an abundance of positive energy to their match with Burntwood Beaters finishing with a score of 22-9. It was a testament to the friendly nature of our social netball nights.

Over in Division 2, Netball Ninjas and Hoop Dogz played an even game that ended in a 11-11 draw. Burntwood Netters and Chasers enjoyed a lively game, with Chasers finishing with an impressive 17-4 score. Hoop There It Is and The Pink Ladies closed off the night with The Pink Ladies ending with a 16-11 score.

Our Most Valued Player of the week, Emily Crofts from Chasers, deserves a special mention for her enthusiasm and smooth movement around the court. Emily's positive contribution was not just felt by her teammates, but was appreciated by all who were fortunate enough to watch her.
