Play in the Burntwood Wednesday Netball league powered by Ypu Play Netball

What a delightful evening of social netball was had last Wednesday at Norton Canes High School! Now in Week 5 of the season, the atmosphere was as welcoming as ever, with players of all skill levels joining in for a great night of netball.

In the Division 1 group, the Burntwood Netters and the Burntwood Beaters shared a game of exciting netball, with the Beaters finishing with a score of 16-4. Despite the scoreline, the game showcased the Netters' and Beaters' commitment and sportsmanship, with both teams demonstrating great teamwork and positive energy throughout the match.

Over in Division 2, the Pocket Rockets and the Chasers played an enjoyable game, ending in a 23-6 scoreline in favor of the Rockets. The game was played in a terrific spirit, with both teams visibly enjoying themselves on the court.

A special mention must go to Olivia Hall from the Burntwood Beaters who was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Olivia's enthusiasm was infectious, her movement around the court was dazzling, and her positive contribution was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike.

As we look ahead to Week 6, we can't wait for another evening of friendly social netball.
