The Burntwood Wednesday Netball League powered by You Play Netball delivered another fantastic evening of action this week, with teams bringing plenty of energy, teamwork, and determination to the court as the season heads towards its final stages.

“Sista Squad” impressed with a confident and composed performance, showing great movement and communication throughout the game. “Pocket Rockets” continued to battle hard and never gave up, keeping spirits high from start to finish.

“The Swamp Donkeys” also put in a strong team display with excellent attacking play and solid defence, while “Lightening Strikers” showed great resilience and teamwork across the court.

One of the most entertaining matchups of the evening saw “Cheeky Chasers” and “Kiss My Pass” go head-to-head in a fast-paced and competitive contest, with both teams showing fantastic effort and determination throughout.

Elsewhere, “Shot Callers” worked hard to secure a strong performance against “Chasers”, while “Netball Ninjas” displayed great chemistry and confidence in their game against “The Pink Ladies”. “Hoop Dogz” and “Hoop There It Is” also treated spectators to a closely fought and exciting contest.

A huge congratulations goes to Jessica Hewitt from “Netball Ninjas”, who was named Most Valued Player of the week thanks to her outstanding performance, leadership, and impact on court.

With just a couple of weeks remaining in the season, the atmosphere continues to build as teams enjoy some brilliant netball and friendly competition. The Burntwood Wednesday league continues to showcase the fun, community spirit, and passion that makes You Play Netball so special.
