Play in the Burntwood Wednesday Netball league powered by You Play Netball

In Division 1, the stakes were high as Lightening Strikers faced off against Cheeky Chasers. The Chasers, true to their name, chased victory with a formidable 21-10 win over the Strikers. In another high-tension match, Burntwood Beaters managed to outscore the Shot Callers 16-13 in a closely contested game. However, the highlight of the division was the Swamp Donkeys' dominant display. They galloped to victory against Kiss My Pass in a lopsided 32-14 game, setting a high bar for the rest of the season.

Meanwhile, in Division 2, the competition was equally fierce. Chasers showed their prowess, triumphing over Hoop There It Is with a decisive 15-5 win. The Pink Ladies battled hard but ultimately fell short against the Hoop Dogz, who took the game 13-8. However, the standout team was undoubtedly the Netball Ninjas, who stealthily slipped past We Shot This with a convincing 13-2 victory.

The player who shone brightest among the intense competition was Zoe Whitehouse from We Shot This. Despite her team's tough loss, Whitehouse's performance was exceptional. Her skills on the court and her unwavering dedication to her team won her the title of the most valued player for the week.
