Burntwood Wednesday Evening netball - week 2
In the challenging Division 1, Kiss My Pass emerged as a strong force clinching a victory by 21-12 against Shot Callers. Burntwood Beaters, not far behind, showcased their prowess by defeating Lightning Strikers 15-10, proving their mettle on the court. However, the most nail-biting match in this division was the tussle between Cheeky Chasers and Sista Squad, where the former etched out a win by 14-9, setting the stage for an exciting season ahead.
Moving to Division 2, Netball Ninjas displayed sheer dominance, winning 11-3 against Chasers. The Pink Ladies were the showstoppers of the evening, triumphing over We Shot This with an impressive 23-2 score. In another face-off, Pocket Rockets soared to victory by 11-3 against Hoop There It Is.
In the midst of these thrilling matches, Zoe Whitehouse from We Shot This emerged as the Most Valued Player of the week, garnering widespread admiration for her stellar performance on the court. Despite her team's defeat, Whitehouse's extraordinary skills became the highlight of the week.
