Play in the Leamington Spa Tuesday Social Netball

What an incredible evening of camaraderie, sportsmanship, and good old-fashioned fun we enjoyed at North Leamington School this week! As we gathered under the setting sun for Week 14 of the social netball season, we were greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere that welcomed players of all experience levels. The real joy of this much-loved sport was on full display as each team played with boundless enthusiasm.

The initial match set a spirited tone for the evening, with Ball Saints and Leamington Legends gracefully navigating the court. The Legends concluded with a score of 16-7, a testament to their teamwork and commitment. Both teams played with a positive energy that was infectious, reminding us all why we love this game so much.

Next up were Net Ninjas and Dangerous Divas, a game that showcased the power of perseverance and camaraderie. The Divas finished with 19 points to the Ninjas' 5, a result earned through their lively movement and exceptional sportsmanship.

The Nutballs and Cubbington Cubs showed us the joy of playing netball in a supportive environment, spreading smiles all around. Nutballs ended the game with a 26-5 lead, affirming their consistent effort, and spirit.

The final game of the evening was between Throw And Go and Court Conquerors. Their match was a delightful demonstration of the sport, with the Conquerors finishing with a lead of 16-9.

A special mention must go to the Nutballs, who have shown great enthusiasm throughout the season. Their joyful movement around the court and positive contributions were appreciated by all, teammates and opponents alike.

As we look forward to our final week, Week 15, we can't help but feel a twinge of excitement. We anticipate another evening filled with friendly competition, keeping active, meeting new people, and developing our netball skills in our supportive environment.
