Play in the Leamington Spa Tuesday Social Netball

In the welcoming atmosphere of North Leamington School, Week 9 of the social netball season unfurled with a delightful evening that brought together players of all experience levels. The shared love for the game was palpable, as every player brought a unique blend of energy, enthusiasm, and camaraderie to the court which contributed to a memorable evening of social netball.

Kicking off the evening was a spirited match between Dangerous Divas and Ball Saints. The Divas shone bright with a score of 17-12, their unity and commitment setting the tone for the night. On the other end, Ball Saints exhibited a commendable display of sportsmanship, serving as an inspiring reminder of netball's ethos.

The second match, a face-off between Leamington Legends and Cubbington Cubs, ended in a well-matched draw at 10-10. Each play was marked by the teams' unyielding dedication and positive energy, creating an enjoyable game that was a joy to witness.

Net Ninjas and Court Conquerors took to the court next, with the Conquerors finishing the game at 9-5. The game showcased a delightful balance of friendly competition and mutual respect, highlighting the spirit of social netball.

The evening concluded with Nutballs and Throw And Go, where Nutballs scored 15 against Throw And Go's 3. Despite the score, the game was played in great spirit, with both teams demonstrating fantastic teamwork and sportsmanship.

A special mention goes to Jane Peterson from Net Ninjas whose enthusiasm and movement around the court were truly infectious. Her positive contribution was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike, earning her the Most Valued Player recognition of the evening.
