Round nine of the Bromsgrove Wednesday Premier League brought another enjoyable evening of netball, with plenty of great teamwork and effort shown across all the matches.
Game Of Throws came away with an 11–8 win against Bromsgrove Snatchers in a closely contested game. Both teams worked hard throughout, with the Snatchers putting in a strong performance. A special mention goes to this week’s Most Valued Player, Hana Patterson, whose energy and consistent play stood out on court.
In another match, Net Chixs secured an 18–12 win over Bromsgrove Bluebirds. It was a lively game with good attacking play from both sides and plenty of positive moments across the court.
Sweaty Betty’s had a strong game against Hoops I Did It Again, finishing with a 23–6 result. Meanwhile, A Little Rusty also put in a confident performance, winning 21–5 against Hoops A Daisies.
While some teams came away with wins and others didn’t quite get the result they hoped for, the evening was full of great spirit, teamwork and support from everyone involved. With round ten just around the corner, teams will be looking forward to getting back on court for another fun night of netball.
