Bromsgrove Wednesday Night Netball - Week 4
The Bromsgrove Wednesday night netball league has once again kept players on edge as the fourth week of the season wrapped up.
The night was marked with intense matches. Bromsgrove Bluebirds and Bromsgrove Snatchers battled fiercely, the tension palpable till the last minute. Despite a valiant effort by the Bluebirds, the Snatchers secured a well-fought victory with a score of 12 to 9. Not far behind in thrill and suspense was the duel between Net Ballerz and Hoops A Daisies. Net Ballerz emerged victorious with a 14 - 11 win. However, the close shave of the night was the face-off between 'A Little Rusty' and Sweaty Betty's. With both teams going neck and neck, Sweaty Betty's pulled off a breathtaking one-point win, ending the game 13 - 12.
The star of the night was undoubtedly Amy Hawthorn from Bromsgrove Bluebirds as she was declared the Most Valued Player for the week.
As we inch closer to the midway point of the season, anticipation is high for what the coming weeks will bring. With each team showcasing commendable talent and strategy, the Bromsgrove Wednesday Netball League remains the highlight of the region's sports scene.
