Platt Bridge Sunday Week 6 - 26/4/26

Just a little reminder to everyone:

Our leagues are all about having fun, staying active, and enjoying the game together. While a bit of healthy competition is great, we don’t encourage anything too intense — keeping things friendly and supportive is what matters most!

Let’s continue to cheer each other on, play with respect, and make it a positive experience for everyone on and off the court!

Week 6 of the Platt Bridge Sunday Netball League brought another evening of energy, teamwork, and great moments on court, with every team showing their commitment and love for the game.

Bib And Tonic and Fast And Flawless shared a lively match, with Bib And Tonic coming away with an 11–5 result. Both sides demonstrated strong movement and determination, making it an enjoyable game to watch from start to finish.

Platt Pack delivered a confident performance against Net Flicks And Chill, securing a 14–2 win. Despite the scoreline, Net Flicks And Chill continued to work hard throughout, showing resilience and teamwork.

Play For Keeps had a particularly strong game this week, finding great rhythm on court in their 32–2 match with Net Satisfaction. Both teams brought plenty of effort, with Net Satisfaction continuing to support each other and push forward.

Passing Storm and Newbridge Angels played out a spirited and engaging match, with Newbridge Angels taking a 20–11 win. It was a fast-paced game with some excellent passages of play from both teams.

A special mention goes to Claudia Hanson of Net Flicks And Chill, who was named MVP for the week. Her performance stood out for her movement, accuracy, and positive presence on court, making a real impact for her team.

Overall, it was another fantastic week of netball, full of encouragement, teamwork, and shared enthusiasm. With each round, the league continues to bring players together and create a great atmosphere—setting the stage for more exciting games ahead.
