In a thrilling night of fierce competition, the Platt Bridge Sunday League kicked off with a bang. We were treated to a skillful display of athleticism, teamwork, and sheer determination that set the tone for the rest of the season.

Among the fixtures of the League, a standout match was between The Platt Pack and Bib And Tonic. Despite a brave performance from The Platt Pack, Bib And Tonic emerged victorious with a final score of 18-10, setting an early high standard for the rest of the league.

However, it was Play for Keeps who took the top spot on the scoreboard for this week, triumphing over Fast and Flawless with a stunning 19-8 victory, proving that they are indeed a team to watch this season.

Passing Storm and Newbridge Angels also claimed their first victories of the season against Net Flicks And Chill and Net Satisfaction, respectively. The matches were hotly contested, ending in narrow victories that kept everyone on the edge of their seats.

Amid the whirlwind of the league's kickoff, one player stood out from the rest.
