Play in the Moulton Monday You Play Netball League

Week two of the Moulton Monday 7-a-side Netball League took place under the floodlights, with teams enjoying another evening of competitive and well-played netball. As the season begins to take shape, players continued to build confidence on court, producing a series of closely contested and entertaining matches across the league.

Pass N Pivot took on Queen Bees in a lively fixture that showcased strong teamwork from both sides. Queen Bees moved the ball well and worked effectively as a unit, finishing the match with a 13–8 win. Pass N Pivot showed determination throughout and will take plenty of positives from their performance as they look ahead to the coming weeks.

Hot Shots and Passalona played out a closely fought encounter, with neither side able to pull away, resulting in a well-earned 10–10 draw. Both teams displayed good movement, communication and resilience, making it an evenly matched and enjoyable game to watch.

In another competitive match, Goal Diggers edged a narrow 7–5 victory over Rebound Rebels. Strong defensive efforts from both teams kept the scoreline tight, with Goal Diggers showing composure to see the game through. Rebound Rebels worked hard throughout and demonstrated promising signs as the season continues.

A standout individual performance came from Passalona’s Georgia Sibcy, who was named the most valued player of the week. Her energy, consistency and contribution on court played an important role in her team’s performance and were well recognised.

As the league moves into week three, teams are beginning to find their rhythm and build momentum. With plenty of matches still to come, the Moulton Monday league promises continued competitive action, development and enjoyment for everyone involved.
