Merthyr Tydfil Thursday Netball Update - Week 6

Week 6 of the Thursday night netball league in Merthyr Tydfil brought another evening full of energy, teamwork, and great moments on court.

One of the standout games saw A Little Rusty take on Net 6 & Chill. Net 6 & Chill found a great rhythm early on and worked really well together, coming away with a 15–4 win. Their movement and communication made for a really enjoyable match to watch.

Cherry Bombs faced Hoops I Did It Again in a lively and closely contested game. Both teams showed real determination, but Cherry Bombs managed to edge ahead, finishing with a strong 11–6 result. It was a great example of teamwork and persistence from both sides.

Purple Reign met The Ballerz in the final game of the evening. Purple Reign put in a consistent performance across the court and secured a 7–1 win, but The Ballerz kept spirits high and never stopped pushing.

A special mention goes to Tegan Davis from The Ballerz, who was named Player of the Week. Tegan gave an outstanding individual performance, showing great effort, skill, and determination throughout the game.

It’s fantastic to see everyone enjoying their netball, supporting each other, and bringing such a positive atmosphere each week. We’re looking forward to more fun and friendly matches as the season continues.
