Merthyr Tydfil Thursday Netball Update - Week 10

The Merthyr Tydfil Thursday Netball League wrapped up another fantastic season last night with a fun evening of great games, teamwork and plenty of laughs on court.

The results from the final round of matches were:

The Ballerz 18–16 A Little Rusty
Purple Reign 16–8 Hoops I Did It Again
Cherry Bombs 16–6 Net 6 & Chill

A huge congratulations to Cherry Bombs, who finished the season as overall winners after a brilliant run of performances throughout the season.

Well done as well to A Little Rusty, who finished as runners up after a strong and consistent season.

A special mention also goes to Sarah from Cherry Bombs, who was named Player of the Season for her fantastic performances, positivity and contribution throughout the league.

The final night’s Player of the Match award went to Mali Stent from The Ballerz, whose excellent all-round performance helped guide her team to a close win.

It’s been great to see all the teams enjoying the games each week, with plenty of encouragement, sportsmanship and friendly competition shared across the court. Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the season such a success — we’re already looking forward to the next one!
